Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to know what are the risk factors and protection against high prevalence of voice disorders in teachers, both in the field of Kindergarten, Primary School, Secondary School and University. In the first part of the thesis discusses the theoretical framework that contextualizes the field of research and alert to the need of a training plan and preventive vocal problems through the preliminary and continuous education of teachers. We applied statistical analysis such as contingency tables, along with the statistical index ?2 and analysis of adjusted residuals standardized logistic regression models, bivariate, simple logistic regression and multivariate logistic regression analysis. To determine the strength of statistical association parameter was taken as the Odds Ratio.
