Abstract

This paper examines the psychometric properties of Logotest, one of the instruments measuring the meaning of life. The study has been realized in a sample of 2324 young students pre-university and university of Salamanca province. Our findings show poor reliability and validity of that test. We discuss the possibilities of the same used in combination with other instruments, as well as the need for other approaches to the study of the construct derived from the ideas of Frankl.
