Abstract

The Declaration of Bologna of 1999 raises the construction of the European Higher Education Area in conformity with principles of quality, mobility, diversity and competitiveness in order to do of the university European system a modal of academic excellence in the world.It is a question of a historical challenge to which the European universities have to answer from the social responsibility of contributing to the economic and cultural development of the European society.For their part,the studies of Communication will have to continue demonstrating their viability in an academic area increasingly competitively and their social utility in a professional world increasingly diversified, demanding and changeably.
