Résumé
Title II of the Statutory law of Education, dedicated to the fairness in the education, contemplates to the pupils with specific necessity of educative support to present/display special educative needs, by specific difficulties of learning, their high intellectual capacities, by to have incorporated takes to the educative system, or by personal conditions or of scholastic history. In the same way, it establishes which are the principles that must govern the schooling of this pupils and the resources for their educative treatment in order to reach the maximum possible development of their personal capacities and the objectives and competitions established with general character after all the pupils. Also, it entrusts to the regular educative Administration the procedures and the measures precise to identify early the educative needs of the referred pupils and to initiate his integral attention, governed by the principles of normalization and inclusion, from the same moment at which this necessity is identified. Also, as much the Real Decree 1635/2009 by which the referred general principles to the pupils with specific necessity of educative support like the order EDU/849/2010 settle down by which the arrangement of the education of this pupils is regulated in order that they acquire the basic competitions that allow their integral development them, recognizing their potentialities and contributions, will be of application in the teaching institutions maintained with bottoms public corresponding to the scope of management of the Ministry of Education.
