Resumen

In this paper we present a syllabic inventory based on wide written samples of texts addressed to school children. We have collected the lexical entries to which the children who participated in this study for an entire year (school terms and holidays) were exposed. To do this, we have digitalized the texts read by a group of 48 children from the six years of primary school (8 from each year). Based on these texts we then made a dictionary of lexical frequency by accumulating what a child reads in the six school years. This count served as a basis for the syllabic inventory, in which we included the results of the different positional syllabic frequencies (type and token) taking into account the number of syllables of the original words
