Zusammenfassung
Education, and more specifically higher education, plays an essential role in the development of skills that allow students to fully integrate into society, as stated by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD, 2019), and in ensuring adherence to social principles such as accessibility, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EHEA, 2020). The objective is to present a teaching management tool, the result of five years of work, whose aim is to assist both students and teachers in the learning-teaching process. As an example, the practical application of the tool to the leadership competence is shown. This is a teaching innovation project, with a mixed approach, in which a pre-experimental study is carried out without a control group. Set amidst a digital ecosystem with active learning methodologies, a set of software elements has been defined, designed, interconnected, and implemented focusing on providing a modular and scalable teaching innovation tool that improves the quality of the learning-teaching process. As an example of its applicability, this article presents the analysis of recorded data obtained from the direct observation of high-performance work teams created for 245 students from the Faculty of Law, Business and Governance of the Francisco de Vitoria University, between 2018-2020. The tool facilitates communication with the student, feedback on their learning and its personalization, while at the same time assisting the teacher in the planning, implementation, and governance of their teaching.
