In the present study we analyze the oratorical peculiarities of the Antiochene John Chrysostom (ca. 344-407), previously noting what were the novel features of Ancient Christian preaching, its essence and its purpose, to later unfold the main qualities of Chrysostom’s preaching, accompanied by a selection of passages within his enormous work.
