Resum

The aim of this work is the development of an information system that, by integrating data from different sources and applying semantic technologies, makes it possible to publish and share with society information about the scientific production generated in the university environment. This promotes the dissemination of research results, as well as, from a more ethical point of view, contributing to the transparency of the institution and to the knowledge society. The objective is achieved by implementing a CRIS (Current Research Information System) in a university environment. The main purpose of a CRIS system is to give visibility to the university’s research work, making public the information about its scientific production (publications, projects, theses, …), and those who produce it, the researchers and their research groups. The CRIS system proposal presented is innovative and disruptive due to its advanced features, which means that its performance goes beyond that of a traditional CRIS. Specifically, CRIS represents a case study or application on the one hand of semantic technologies, which allows querying through a SPARQL endpoint, as well as reusing shared data by exporting them in different formats. On the other hand, CRIS also contributes to the development of an institutional data repository by allowing data from different sources to be integrated into a single system.
