Resumo

The contemporary scientific knowledge as regards the application of teaching methods has been to address the need to increase stronger focus on cognitive learning of Physical Education. This type of theory is based on task complexity and variability of recovery as a fundamental element of learning. This article aims to evaluate the theories that lie behind the Teaching Games for Understanding, and its real importance to the student / apprentice.
