Abstract

The class director should act as a link for all teachers, students and their families trying improve the scholar success. Considering their own responsibility may be appropriate analyze their skills and profile that supports their mediation function. In order to stimulate the educational process, the class director must practice their leadership, trying coordinates the teaching processes. Thus, the leadership constitutes itself as a key element for success in the coordination positions and to achieve the specific goals. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss the position of class director and their interaction with teachers and students, analyzing the opportunities and threats of this specific scholar occupation.
