Zusammenfassung
This paper shows the experience obtained by a group of teachers on Preschool Education degree at the University of Salamanca, to reach one of the challenges of the teacher trainers: to carry out best education practices to become as a model for future teachers. In order to get it and under the constraint of the subsequent global character of Preschool Education, they have managed a selection of painting from the Thyssen-Bornemisza museum in Madrid. With these painting as a single resource, the students must deal with different knowledge areas and crosscutting issues.
